Today's buildings are mostly high-rise buildings, and the exterior walls are mostly aluminum veneer or glass decorations made of various materials. External walls, glass curtain walls, glass windows, etc. are easy to adhere to dust and need to be cleaned and wiped frequently to keep the building clean, beautiful and bright indoors.
The cleaning of the aluminum veneer and glass of the outer wall of the building requires outdoor and aerial work. Tools such as hanging baskets, hanging boards, and lifting platforms must be used, which is difficult and dangerous. Operators must undergo rigorous physical examinations, rigorous training, and strictly abide by operating regulations and safety regulations to ensure high-quality and efficient completion of the overall cleaning of the aluminum veneer of the exterior wall.
High-altitude curtain wall aluminum veneer cleaning method:
1. Preparation
1) Determine the corresponding cleaning agent and tools according to the material of the outer wall aluminum veneer and the degree of dirt on the outer wall. You can do a small cleaning test first.
2) Understand the roof conditions and determine the water source and power source.
3) Develop an overall operation plan.
Note: The roof and ground need to be supervised by someone to ensure that communication tools are unblocked to keep in touch.
2. Install and carry exterior wall cleaning equipment, tools and cleaning agents.
3. Connect the high-pressure washing machine to the power supply and water source, install a washing hose, and check the flushing effect.
4. The staff wear work clothes and carry tools and cleaning agents on the hanging basket or hanging plate. Some tools should be tied to the hanging basket or hanging board to prevent accidentally falling and hurting pedestrians. Set up safety fences or set up safety warning signs on the ground.
5. The method of operation should be top-down.
6. Cleaning method:
1) Rinse the wall with water from a high-pressure washer.
2) Check whether there are adhesion stains on the wall. If so, use a scraper or corresponding auxiliary tools and solvent to remove it.
3) Immerse the applicator in the bucket, fully inhale the cleaning agent, and evenly spread it on the wall.
4) According to the degree of dirt on the surface, wipe it with a brush, abrasive disc, scouring pad, rubber spatula and other tools, and then rinse with water.
5) Confirm that the cleaning walls within the working range have been cleaned, and slide the hanging basket or hanging plate to continue the downward operation.
7. After all operations are completed, arrange equipment and tools, evacuate ground protection ropes or warning signs, and wipe off ground water marks.
